What is a Steward?
A steward is someone who recognizes that everything comes from God - who uses God's gifts in ways that reflect:
- Love for God
- Love for neighbor
- Love for self
- Love for this world that God creates and loves
(Mark 12:29-30; John 3:16) Stewardship is the work of God's people, growing spiritually, doing God's work with all that God has given them: time, talent and treasure, life itself, and the Good News of Jesus Christ; It is God's people being the Church, working together, using all their gifts responsibly, joyfully and thankfully to do the work of the church, the mission of the church.
What is Stewardship?
Stewardship Committee - Mission Statement:
Stewardship is happening all the time, its continuous and not a destination. It is how we use our time, talent and treasure in the service of God. It is our understanding that whatever we have comes from God and in thanksgiving, we use it in a way that honors Him and supports the church.

A prayer for our future together
Lord Christ, bless us that we may live into the fullness of your love ...
Loving God: That we may be inspired to an ever greater love of the God who has given us all that we have and all that we are.
Loving Each Other: That knowledge of God's grace may inspire us to love and care for one another more deeply.
Loving to Learn: That we may come to an ever deeper knowledge of the ultimately unfathomable truth of a God who is Love.
Being Surprised: That we may be open to the Holy Spirit to receive even more than we know to ask or to expect.
